| 摘 要： | 目的评价原发性高血压患者服用降压0号的短期疗效和安全性。方法对全国14个省会城市的11861名社区中的原发性高血压患者服用降压O号的情况进行流行病学调查。通过4周的随访和血压测量,观察患者服用降压0号后的血压控制情况及不良事件的发生情况。结果（1）患者服用降压0号4周后,血压达标率达到68．4％;（2）有5.9％的患者服用降压0号后有不适症状发生。不适症状的常见类型有头晕、头痛、胃部不适、乏力等。结论原发性高血压患者服用降压0号4周可以有效降低血压,服药后未出现严重不适症状。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluating the short-term effectiveness and security of Compound Anti-Hypertensive Tablets (No.0).Methods The patients took Compound Anti-Hypertensive Tablets (No.0) for a month,and were followed up every two weeks.The antihypertensive effect,the adverse drug events,were observed.Results 11 861 patients with primary hypertension were recruited,of which 99.3% completed the one-month study.After 4 weeks treatment,the patients whose blood pressure can be controlled in a normal range reached 68.4%.5.9... |
