| 摘 要： | 目的建立益生胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法在硅胶G薄层板上，以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸（15：4：2）的上层溶液为展开剂，10％硫酸乙醇溶液显色，采用双波长薄层扫描法测定，As=525nm，An=700nm。结果齐墩果酸点样量在1．964～9．820μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9951，n=5），平均加样回收率为99．56％，RSD=3．22％。结论所用方法准确、可靠，可用于益生胶囊的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the quantitative determination of oleanolic acid in Yisheng Capsulses. Methods The analysis was performed on silicagel G, with the upper solution of cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid （15：4：2） as developer, and spray reagent of 10% sulfuric acid- ethanol solution, the detection wavelength was λs = 525 nm, λR = 700 nm. Results The linear range was from 1. 964 μg to 9. 820 μg（ r = 0. 995 1, n = 5）, and the average recovery rates were 99.56%, RSD = 3. 22%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable for the determination of oleanolic acid in Yisheng Capsules. |
