| 摘 要： | 为了评估银杏叶片（银杏叶提取物，EGb—761）对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副反应，作者对38例经单用抗精神病药物无效的病人，采用银杏叶片合并原抗精神病药物12周的动态观察治疗。结果显示，银杏叶片对精神分裂症阴性症状有明显疗效，临床有效率为73．7％，BPRS、SANS和TESS评分均明显下降（P＜0．05～0．01），无严重副反应发现．提示在精神分裂症阴性症状治疗中，银杏叶片是值得推荐的一种新药．

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect and side effects of EGb-761 for the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Method The dynamic observation and treatment was given to 38 schizophrenic patients who had no effect if only treated by antipsychotics. Results It was found that EGb-761 had obvious effect on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia, the curative effect was 73.68%; the scores of BPRS. SANS and TESS were also obviously decreased (P<0.05~0.01), with no severe side effects shown. Conclusion It Suggests that EGb-761 is a recommendable new drug to treat negative symptoms of schizophrenia. |
