迪化糖锭递增给药减少副作用的临床研究

40例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）患者随机分成对照组与试验组，前者开始即予迪化糖锭0．5gbid或tid，而试验组仅用0．25gqd，每隔3－4天增加0．25－0．5g；两组根据病情逐渐增加剂量，至1．75g／天而病情来控制者，加用胰岛素或磺脲类降糖药。结果显示：用迪化精锭1－2周后两组日平均用药总量无显著差异，但对照组胃肠道副作用发生率、并用胃肠药物的量均显著高于试验组。提示，迪化糖锭胃肠道副作用发生在用药早期，且与开始剂理有关；从小剂量开始，逐渐增量的给药法可减少其副作用。

A Clinical Study on Decrease of Diaformin Side-Effects by Adding Dosage of the Drug Gradually

40 NIDDM Patients were randomly divided into control and trial groups . In control group , the patients were treated with diaformin 0.5g tid or bid from the onset. In trial group , the cases were treated with diaformin 0.25g qd, and gradually increased to 0.25/0.5g at an interval of 3 - 4 days. If plasma glucose levels could not be controled perfectly as the amount of 1.75g per day for every cases in hoth groups , insulin or sulfonylureas were added. The results showed that total amounts used the drug for everyone in beth proups were not significantly different , but the accident of the drug side - effects and the amounts taken gastroenteric drug in control group were more than that in trial group . Our research indicated that patients took diaformin from small to large dose step by step , by which the side - effects of this drug will be decreased.
