| 摘 要： | 目的检测太子参药材中有机氯农药残留量。方法用毛细管气相色谱法对不同产地太子参中六六六、滴滴涕含量进行了检测。结果太子参中有机氯农药残留量符合BHC≤0.1 mg/kg、DDT≤0.1 mg/kg的规定,不同产区太子参中农药残留量有些差异。结论为太子参药材的质量评价提供数据。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the residue of organchlorine pesticide in Radix Pseudostellariae.Methods The contents of BHC and DDT were determined by capillary gas chromatograph.Results The residue of organchlorine pesticide in Radix Pseudostellariae conformed to the standard of BHC≤0.1 mg/kg,DDT≤0.1 mg/kg;The residue of organchlorine pesticide has some slightly different in Radix Pseudostellariae from different habitats.Conclusion It provides the materials for quality assessment of Radix Pseudostellariae. |
