| 摘 要： | 本文分析了经食道心房调搏测定房室传导功能的情况,结果显示出正常组与病窦组间在S—R间期变化的各刺激频率(S-R延长点、文氏阻滞点和2:1阻滞点)及房室传导系统有效不应期、功能不应期方面均有显著或非常显著的差异。说明病窦者除有窦房结功能异常外,部分亦有隐匿性房室传导阻滞。结果还显示出正常S-R延长点应>100次/分,文氏阻滞点应>130次/分,2:1阻滞点应>170次/分,房室传导系统有效不应期应<400ms,功能不应期应<520ms。

| Abstract: | The function of atrioventricular conduction were assayed in 63 cases by transesophagus atrial pacig. The result showed as follows.(1) there were significant difference on each stimulating freq-uency(S-R prolonging point, wen ckebach's block point and 2:1 block point), effective refractory period (ERP) and functional refractory period(FRP)of A-Vcondu-ctive system between normal and sick sinus syndrome (sss) group It indicated that except the abnormality of sinus, there was hidden A-V block in some of the cases with SSS.(2)In normal cases, S-R prolonging point should be>100/ min, wenckebach/s and 2:1 point should be>130/min and 170/min respectively, ERP and FRP should be<400ms and<500ms respectives. |
