护理干预对宫外孕患者围术期心理状况的影响

目的：评价护理干预对宫外孕患者围术期心理状态的影响。方法：选择在本院就诊的宫外孕手术患者120例,随机分成两组：60例为对照组,60例为观察组。对照组采用常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上,围术期实施全程护理干预措施。两组患者术前24h、麻醉前、术后24h分别用焦虑自评量表（SAS）,抑郁自评量表（SDS）,评估患者心理状况。结果：术前24h两组SAS、SDS评分差异不显著,有可比性（P〉0.05）;麻醉前观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,具有显著差异（P〈0.001）;术后24h观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,具有显著差异（P〈0.001）。结论：全程护理干预措施对宫外孕患者围术期的治疗和心理状态有很大帮助,建议临床进一步推广。

The psychological status about nursing intervention on perioperative of ectopic pregnancy

Objective：To evaluate the psychological status about nursing intervention on perioperative of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：Select ectopic pregnancy surgery patients,120 patients were randomly divided into two groups：60 cases in the control group,60 cases in the observation group.Control groups with routine care.Observation group：conventional care,based on the whole course of perioperative nursing interventions.Preoperatively 24 h,anesthesia ago,after 24 h were used self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS）,assess the psychological status of patients.Results：Preoperative 24 h：two SAS,SDS score was not significant,and comparable（P0.05）;anesthesia ago：observer group SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences（P0.001）;after 24 h：observation group SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences（P0.001）.Conclusion：Whole nursing interventions on patients with ectopic pregnancy perioperative treatment and psychological state of great help,suggests that further clinical application.
