| 摘 要： | 本文综述了近5年来部分中药活性成分体外经皮渗透的实验研究概况,指出中药经皮给药系统的开发研究虽尚处于初始阶段,但以已知活性成分的体外透皮吸收作为中药及其复方透皮吸收研究的切入点,进而揭示中药透皮吸收的作用机理,当属目前行之有效的研究方法。
