| 摘 要： | 子宫输卵管造影术中发生造影剂碘油逆入子宫间质及盆腔静脉内6例。在6例不孕症患者中,5人有结核病史,造影术后诊刮4例证实有结核性子宫内膜炎。本文叙述了发生子宫间质及静脉内逆入的原因,X线下的特殊征象及其预防。

| Abstract: | Six cases of iodipin medium contrast invading myometrium and pelvic vesselsduring hysterography are reported. Five of the six infertile patients had the historyof TB. 4 cases was diangnosed as tubercular endometrit is with diagnostic curet-tage. The cause and the features of iodipin medium contrast invading myometriumand pelvic vessels under X-ray and their prevention are also described in thispaper. |
