| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性杀虫脒中毒的综合救治,提高疗效。方法361例患者给予彻底洗胃,适量亚甲蓝及大剂量维生素C治疗,支持及对症处理。结果经综合抢救,353例治愈,5例自动出院,3例死亡。结论经综合救治,多能使急性杀虫脒中毒患者得救。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the comprohensive treatment for acut chlorphenamidine poisoning and to improve therapeutic effectiveness.Methods Three handred and sixty-one patients with acut chlorphena-midine poisoning cases were gastric lavage completely and treated with proper amount of methylene blue and large dose of VitC.Results Through comprehensive treatment,5 cases discharged themselves,3 cases died and 353 cases were cured.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment most patients with acute chlorphenamidine poisoning can be cured. |
