| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹腔化疗预防大肠癌术后腹腔局部复发和肝转移的疗效.方法:治疗组80例,应用埋藏式化疗泵行腹腔和静脉化疗;对照组102例单纯静脉化疗.结果:治疗组术后腹腔局部复发和肝转移率低于对照组,2年生存率高于对照组.结论:大肠癌术后早期腹腔化疗可有效预防腹腔局部复发和肝转移,提高术后生存率.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the prophylactic effect from postoperative recurrence of local peritoneal and liver metastasis in colorectal cancer by intraperitoneal chemotherapy(IPC) Methods Eighty cases were treated by IPC and intravenous chemotherapy(IVC),102 cases were treated by IVC only as control.Results In the IPC group the incidence of postoperative recurrence of local peritoneal or liver metastasis was lower,the 2-year survival rate was higher than the control group(IVC). Conclusion Early postoperative IPC in patients with colorectal cancer is effective in preventing recurrence of local peritoneal and or liver metastasis with improved survival rate.This procedure is simple,safe and practical. |
