Im Einklang mit literarischen Angaben betonen die Verfasser die Wichtigkeit der komplexen Behandlung und der planmäßigen Nachprüfung. Summary: A case of primary gastric mycosis caused by Trichosporon cutaneum is demonstrated. It was verified by gastroscopic, histologic and mycologic examinations. In accordance with data from the literature, the authors point to the importance of complex treatment and systemic follow-up investigations.
