Preparative Separation of the Diastereomeric Aloins by Droplet Counter-Current Chromatography Separation of the labile diastereomeric aloins A and B on an analytical and preparative scale was achieved by Droplet Counter-Current Chromatography, which is shown to be an efficient and reliable method with high resolution and small solvent consumption.
