| 摘 要： | 为探讨补肾养血方对克罗米芬周期宫颈粘液及子宫内膜的影响 ,将 6 0例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各 30例 ,治疗组予克罗米芬加中药补肾养血方口服治疗 ,对照组单用克罗米芬治疗 ,观察 2组患者的宫颈粘液评分、阴道B超监测下的子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜的B超分型。结果 :治疗组的宫颈粘液评分、子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜B超分型明显优于对照组 ,2组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :在克罗米芬促排卵的周期中加用补肾养血方治疗 ,在消除克罗米芬的不良影响 ,提高妊娠率 ,改善全身症状等方面具有较好的临床疗效

| Abstract: | To study the influence of BUSHEN YANGXUE recipe on cervical mucus and endometrium in clomiphene citrate (CC) cycle,60 cases of infertility induced by ovulation dysfunction were averagely divided into the observation group (G1,treated with CC and BUSHEN YANGXUE recipe) and the control group(G2,treated with CC alone),then the scores of cervical mucus,the thickness of endometrium and the different types of endometrium in vaginal B ultrasonic monitor were observed.The results showed that the above indexes in G1 were obviously superior to that in G2(P<\{0.05\},P<\{0.01\},P<\{0.01\} respectively).It indicates that BUSHEN YANGXUE recipe during clomiphene citrate cycle of ovarian hyperstimulation may eliminate the harmful influence and improve the pregnancy rate. |
