| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）静脉溶栓治疗的适宜血压。方法 68例AMI静脉溶栓治疗患者，比较其不同血压状态溶栓的血管再通率及病死率。结果 68例溶栓开始时的血压范围为85～158／45～100mmHg，其中A组及B组的血管再通率分别为74．5％及28．6％（P〈0．01）；病死率分别为0及14．3％（P=0.0265）。结论 溶栓治疗时A组血压90-129／60～84mmHg为AMI静脉溶栓的适宜血压。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the proper blood pressure for intravenous thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods The vascular recanalization rate and the fatality rate at different blood pressure levels during thrombolysis were compared among 68 AMI patients treated by intravenous thrombolysis.Results At the beginning of thrombolysis,the blood pressure range in 68 cases were 85 158/45 100 mmHg.Recanalization rates of group A and group B were 74.5% and 28.6% respectively (P<0.01).The fatality rates were 0 and 14.3% in group A and B,respectively (P=0.0265).Conclusion The proper blood pressure for intravenous thrombolysis in AMI is 90 129/60 84 mm Hg. |
