腹腔镜全子宫切除术56例临床分析

目的：研究腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的安全性及临床应用价值。方法：将2009年1～12月进行的腹腔镜全子宫切除术56例与同期随机抽取的开腹全子宫切除术56例进行对比研究,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症、术后排气时间、术后住院日及术后病率等方面相比,差异无统计学意义。结果：腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与传统经腹全子宫切除术手术时间上相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但两组在术中出血量、术中术后并发症、术后排气时间、术后住院日及术后病率等方面相比,差异有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜下全子宫切除术出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少,适于临床广泛应用。

Clinical analysis of 56 cases on panhysterectomy under laparoscope

Objective：To study the security and clinical value of panhysterectomy under laparoscope.Methods：56 patients who were received panhysterectomy under laparoscope from Jan.to Dec.in 2009,contrasted with 56 cases laparohys-terectomy in the corresponding time period.Parameters included operation time,bleeding volume,complications in operation and postoperation,venting time,time of hospitalization after operation were analyzed.Results：Operation time in both groups was similar,but in bleeding volume,complications in operation and postoperation,venting time,time of hospitalization after operation were significant difference.Conclusion：Panhysterectomy under laparoscope is an operation with less bleeding,quickly postoperative recovery and less complications,It is worth generalizing.
