显微内镜节段开窗治疗腰椎管狭窄症

目的：研究显微内镜选择性节段开窗减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床应用及适应证。方法：采用显微内镜技术进行单节段开窗、双节段连续开窗或间断开窗和双侧开窗减压及潜行性神经根扩大减压。结果：本组治疗腰椎管狭窄症52例，随访6个月～5年，按NaKai标准评定：优36例，良13例，可3例。术后当天可下床大小便，2周后基本恢复日常生活。结论：本术式减压彻底，手术创伤小，术后恢复快，适应证广。

Treatment of lumbar stenosis with microendoscopic segmental fenestration

Objective To study the application and indications of the treatment of lumbar stenosis with selective and segmental microendoscopic decompression by fenestration. Methods Microendo- scopic skills were used in the monosegmental fenestration,continuous or segmental fenestration, bilat- eral fenestration by decompression,and creeping radicular decompression. Results All the 52 cases of lumbar stenosis were followed up from 6 months to 5 years.According to Nakai' s standard, 36 achieved excellent results,13 good and 3 fair.All the patients could get off the bed at the same day of operation. Conclusion This operation can give a thorough decompression,with mild wound,quick re- covery and wide indications.
