浅部真菌临床标本的真菌学分析

目的：通过对浅部真菌感染患者的临床送检标本进行病原真菌菌种的分析，了解感染及病原真菌的分布情况。方法：采朋直接镜检法、培养等方法对临床送检的标本进行检验和鉴定。结果：临床送检的标本中，直接涂片镜检阳性率为51．42％，培养阳性率为61．44％。在培养的标本中分离出14种菌种，分离得到的所有菌株中，红色毛癣菌71株（36．22％）、须癣毛癣菌46株（23．47％）及白念珠菌26株（13．27％）分占前3位。结论：皮肤癣菌是引起浅部真菌感染的主要原因，须癣毛癣菌与白念珠菌也是重要的病原菌。直接镜检的阳性率低于培养阳性率，可以考虑将二者结合，提高真菌的检出率，不轻易排除浅部真菌感染的可能性。
