| Abstract: | The article assesses practices and experiences in the reform of hospital' s human resources system, including: acquiring a deeper understanding of the reform' s present status and potentialities; proceeding from local actual condi tions in deepening the reform contents and measures ; adopting management structure under which appointment , employment, and income distribution are decided by capability and contributions; and taking rational and supportive measures to ensure that the medical staff are maintained and grow so as to meet the rising demand for health services. |
