肥厚型心肌病的心电图特点

目的评价体表心电图(ECG)与肥厚型心肌病(HCM)的关系,探讨肥厚型心肌病的心电图特点.方法对经临床及超声心动图检查确诊的62例HCM患者的ECG进行分析.结果ECG出现ST-T改变57例,占91.9%(57/62),ST段下移幅度与左室肥厚的厚度呈正相关(P＜0.05),T波倒置宽度与深度变化和肥厚厚度无显著相关(P＞0.05),ST段下移及病理性Q波出现的导联与肥厚发生部位无统计学意义(P＞0.05).胸导T波倒置对预测心尖部肥厚型心肌病有价值.结论胸导T波倒置高度提示心尖部肥厚型心肌病,ECG对HCM的诊断具有早期预测意义.

Characteristics of electrocardiograms of hypertrophic cardiomypathy

Objective: To evaluate the ralationship between electrocardiograms.(ECG) and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and the characteristics of ECG of HCM.Methods:62 cases of HCM which had been diagnosed by clinical feature and HCG were involved, and their ECG were analysed.Results:The ST segment and T wave of 57 cases changing which was 91.9% of all cases (57/62). The depression of ST segment was positive correlate with left venoicular hypertrophy(LVH) ( P <0.05). The negtive length and depth of T wave were negtive correlate with hypertrophy( P >0.05).There was no significance between the depression of ST segment and abnormal Q wave and the hgpertrophic cocation ( P >0.05). Negative T wave in precordial leed is worthy of predicting apical hypertrophycardiomyopathy (AHM).Conclusions: Negative T wave in precordid cead highly signified AHM .ECG can predicte early HCM.
