| 摘 要： | 从天山橐吾全草中共分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:Aurantiamide benzoate(1),Aurantiamide acetate (2),二十八硬脂酸单甘油脂(3),β-谷甾醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5)和阿魏酸(6).其中化合物1和2为该属首次分离得到.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from Ligularia narynensis. METHOD: The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULT: Six compounds were obtained as aurantiamide benzoate (1), aurantiamide acetate (2), 1-O-octacosanoylgerol (3), beta-sitosterol (4), daucesterol (5), ferulic acid (6). CONCLUSION: All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated for the first time from this genus. |
