| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠状动脉造影术前适应性训练对术后患者舒适度及患者对卧床制动耐受力的影响。方法:将121例行冠状动脉造影的住院患者随机分为对照组61例和观察组60例。对照组仅给予一般常规护理,观察组术前还予以强化适应性训练。观察两组患者的焦虑程度、睡眠情况、排尿情况及腰背疼痛程度。结果:两组患者焦虑值、睡眠紊乱、术后排尿困难以及腰背疼痛的发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.001)。结论:强化冠状动脉造影术前适应性训练能改善患者的舒适感,减少术后并发症的发生。
