| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定开光复明片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果:黄芩苷检测浓度在4.95～49.5μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.66%(n=6)。结论:本法准确、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Kaiguangfuming tablets.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted with a VP-ODS column(250mm× 4.6mm,5μ m).The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47:53:0.2) with a flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1.A UV-detector at 280nm was used.RESUL-TS:The linear range of Baicalin was 4.95～ 49.5μg· mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.3%(RSD=1.66%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method appeared to be simple,quick,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to control the quality of Kaiguangfuming tablet. |
