糖痹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变27例

目的观察糖痹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效,及其对氧化应激反应的调整作用。方法将54例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例,对照组在基础治疗方案(饮食控制,并配合口服降糖药和(或)胰岛素等)的基础上加服甲钴胺,治疗组在对照组基础上加用糖痹颗粒,30d后,观察两组临床疗效及血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)的变化。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.5%、74.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清MDA显著降低(P<0.01),血清SOD显著升高(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组血清MDA显著低于对照组,血清SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论糖痹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗DPN疗效明显优于单用甲钴胺,且对改善DPN患者氧化应激反应有显著疗效。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Tangbi Granules Combined with Mecobalamin in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy: An Analysis of 27 Cases

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy peripheral neuropathy （DPN） and their clinical effect on of Tangbi Granules in the treatment of diabetic oxidative stress response. Methods Fifty-four DPN patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=27） and control group （n=27）. The con-trol group received therapy with mecobalamin on the basis of basic treatment regimen （diet control plus o-ral hypoglycemic drugs and/or insulin）, while the treatment group was given Tangbi Granules in addition to the therapy for the control group. After 30 d of treatment, the therapeutic efficacies were evaluated, and serum malondialdehyde （MDA） and superoxide dismutase （SOD） levels were measured. Results The overall response rates were 92.5% in the treatment group and 74.0% in the control group, with no signifi-cant difference between the two groups. After treatment, both groups showed significantly decreased ser-um MDA level （P〈0.01） and significantly increased SOD level （P〈0.01） ; the serum MDA level was sig-nificantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈0.01） ,and the serum SOD level was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tangbi Granules combined with mecobalamin has better therapeutic efficacy than mecobalamin alone in the treatment of DPN, and has good clinical effect on oxidative stress response in DPN patients.
