摘    要:目的优选桔梗非药用部位多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法以桔梗多糖得率为指标,采用正交设计法考察料液比、浸提次数、浸提时间对提取工艺的影响,以确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺参数为:加25倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total polysaccharides from the non-medicinal parts of Platycodon grandiforus. Methods With extraction rate yield of total polysaccharides as the indica-tor, an orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of material/water ratio, extraction times, and extraction time on extraction process and to determine the optimal extraction process. Results The opti-mum extraction parameters were as follows: material/water ratio of 1:25, 3 times of extraction, and 1 h each time of extraction. COnclusion The optimized technology for extraction of total polysaccharides from the non-medicinal parts of Platycodon grandiforus is stable, reasonable, and feasible.
