紫外分光光度法测定醉鱼草果实中总三萜含量

摘    要:目的建立醉鱼草果实中总三萜的含量测定方法。方法以齐墩果酸为对照品,用5%香草醛-冰醋酸溶液,高氯酸系统显色,在540nm处测定样品吸光度。结果齐墩果酸在2.45~24.50μg/ml范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(A=0.059 4 c-0.037 9,r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.28%,相对标准偏差为1.59%(n=6),所测得醉鱼草果实中总三萜含量为4.13%。结论该方法操作简便、快速,结果稳定,重现性好,适用于醉鱼草果实中总三萜含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the content of total triterpenoids in the fruit of Buddleja lindleyana Fort. by ultraviolet spectrophotometry (US). Methods US determination was performed on oleanolic acid (as a control) and a sample with 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution and perchloric acid as color-developing agent. The absorbance of sample was determined at 540 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and absorbance of oleanolic acid within the range of 2.45-24.5 μg/ml (A=0.059 4 C--0.037 9, r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 98.28%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.59% (n=6). The content of total triterpenoids in the fruit of Buddleja lindleyana Fort. was 4. 13 %. Conclusion The US determination method can be used for measuring the content of total triterpenoids in the fruit of Buddleja lindleyana Fort. because of its simplicity, rapidness, and high repeatability and reliability.
