摘    要:目的:比较关节松动、肌肉牵拉和物理因子综合治疗与单纯物理因子治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法:112例肩关节周围炎患者,随机分为手法关节松动、肌肉牵拉和物理因子综合治疗组38例:对照组74例只采用物理因子治疗。两组治疗后均辅以肩周炎医疗体操及肌力训练,巩固治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈14例,显效18例,好转5例,无效1例;对照组临床治愈3例,显效29例,好转33例,无效9例。两组临床治愈显效率比较,差异具有非常显著性的意义(uc=4.96,P<0.01)。结论:采用关节松动、肌肉牵拉和物理因子综合治疗肩关节周围炎,比单纯采用物理因子治疗效果更加明确。

Abstract:Objective To compare clinical effect of joint mobilization, muscular traction and physical factor therapy with single physical factor therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 38 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis used joint mobilization, muscular traction, and physical factor therapy, other 74 cases used single physical factor therapy. Results Treatment group, cured 14 cases, excellence l8 cases, effect 5 cases, no effect l case. The control group, cured 3 cases, excellence 29 cases, effect 33 cas, no effect 9 cases. The cured and excellent rates of the two groups showed a significant difference (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of joint mobilization, muscular traction and physical factor for scapulohumeral periarthritis are more effective than single physical factor therapy.
