摘    要:分析了高等医学教育存在着的“重授技轻育德”问题,探讨了其产生的原因,论述了医学教育应坚持“尊德性而道问学”的必要性,并提出了“尊德性而道问学”就是21世纪医学教育的根本目标和价值取向。

Abstract:For a long time,universities and colleges of medicine attach more importance to student's vocational study and skill than that to their morality cultivation.The assay first analyses the existing problem and its related reason,then discusses the necessity of the integration of morality and skill in medical education,and finally put forward the idea that the key point is to transcend the utilitarianism of higher medical education and the education of medical humanity.
