| 摘 要： | 由于医患沟通不畅。患者时医生期望值过高，加之新闻媒体等外界因素的不当介入。导致医患关系紧张，医疗纠纷受到广泛关注。医疗机构应加强自身的医德建设，目前在一些地区实施的第三方纠纷调解机制是有效解决医疗纠纷的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Many factors are involved in the ever tenser physician , including the poor communication between doctors and patients, patients＇ zexcessive expection towards doctors, and the improper intervention from external factors such as the mass media, etco To cope with the problems in current physician patient relationship,medical institutes should strenghten the construction of medical ethics within their systems, and the＂ Third- party mediation mechanism＂ conducted in some areas can also be taken as effective measures to improve current physician -patient relationship. |
