川东北地区孕产妇临产三项指标检测结果分析

目的:了解川东北地区孕产妇临产三项指标即乙型肝炎病毒、梅毒和获得性人类免疫缺陷病毒的检测和感染情况,为预防三病的母婴传播及制定干预措施提供理论依据。方法:对川北医学院附属医院2015—2018年门诊及住院孕产妇的临产三项检测结果进行分析。结果:11161名孕产妇中检出乙型肝炎病毒阳性者917例,检出阳性率为8.22%;检出梅毒阳性患者38例,检出阳性率为0.34%;检出艾滋病毒阳性患者12例,检出阳性率为0.11%。乙型肝炎病毒、梅毒和艾滋病毒的总检出率在36~45岁组出现高峰,分别为9.1%、0.457%和0.15%。结论:川东北地区孕产妇主要以乙型肝炎病毒感染为主,应加大对孕产妇传染性疾病的筛查力度,及时采取有效的阻断病毒母婴间垂直传播的干预措施,进而减少新生儿感染病毒的机会,促进优生优育。

Analysis on the Test Results of Three Indicators of 11161 Maternal Pro-birth in Northeastern Sichuan

OBJECTIVE To understand the detection and infection Hepatitis B,Syphilis and HIV among pregnant and parturient women in Northeastern Sichuan.METHODS It analyzed the detection results of Hepatitis B,Syphilis and HIV of pregnant and parturient women which were recruited from outpatient and inpatient department,the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from 2015 to 2018.RESULTS Among 11161 cases,the detectable rate of HBV infection was 8.22%(917 cases).The rate of Syphilis and HIV was 0.34%(38 cases)and 0.11%(12 cases),respectively.The total infection rate peaked in the 36~45 age group of the three diseases were 9.1%,0.457%and 0.15%,respectively.CONCLUSION Hepatitis B virus infection was the major infectious diseases among pregnant and parturient women in Northeastern Sichuan.So it is necessary to strengthen the screening infectious diseases of pregnant and parturient women.Intervention measure should be sufficient to control vertical transmission and reduce neonatal infection rates and promote eugenic birth and fertility.
