摘    要:目的:探讨低剂量苯巴比妥钠在儿童辅助检查中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月在我院接受辅助检查的患儿70例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组给予咪达唑仑,观察组给予低剂量苯巴比妥钠,比较两组镇静效果、配合程度、患儿家属满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组用药后镇静效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药后镇静时长比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总配合度、总满意度均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量苯巴比妥钠镇静效果较好,安全性高,有助于提高患儿配合度及家长满意度。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical application value of low-dose phenobarbital sodium in the auxiliary examination of children. Methods: A total of 70 children received auxiliary examination in our hospital from Jan. 2018 to Jan. 2019 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the observation group via the random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given midazolam, while the observation group received low-dose phenobarbital sodium. The sedation effect, degree of cooperation, satisfaction of the family members and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results: The sedation effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in sedation duration between two groups after administration (P<0.05). The total degree of coordination and satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was higher than those in the control group, while the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Low-Dose phenobarbital sodium has better sedative effect and higher safety, which is helpful to improve the degree of cooperation and satisfaction of the family members.
