| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了肘类风湿性关节滑膜切除术11例,经1至～5年随访,满意率为92％。疼痛和肿胀消除,关节活动范围增大。对手术适应症,手术效果评价标准,桡骨头切除问题结合文献进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | From 1981 to 1985,13 synovectomy of the elbow were performed in 11 patients with rheumatoid arthritis,in whom4 radial heads and 2 ulnar heads were resected. Follow-up for 1-5 years showed that all of the patients reported satisfaction, pain and swelling in the elbows subsided,both the flexion-extension range of the joint and the range of rotation of the forearm increased. The indications and principles of the operation, the criteria for assessing its effectiveness,and the credit or fault of radial head excision are discussed in connection with a relevant literature review. |
