| 摘 要： | 本对28例心功能不全的老年忧郁病人在抗扰郁的治疗过程中出现的心律失常进行了分析。经对比研究发现：此类心律失常都是由于较大剂量使用三环类抗忧郁药物引起的。而且，对于原有器质性心脏病的患更为明显。本对其发生机制及影响因素进行初步探讨，并指出了临床治疗时应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | 28 old patients with depression and cardiac insufficiency were analyzed. All patients havearrhythmias in process of treatment with tricyclic antidepressants. The result shows: the arrhythmia was result from bigger dosage of TCA and was more obvious in petients with organic heart disease. Author discussed this mechanism and influence factor of arrhythmias, and poimt out some questions that should pay attention in the clinical process of treatment. |
