| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr细胞与非小细胞肺癌的相关性。方法：采用流式细胞技术分别检测60例非小细胞肺癌患者和20例健康者外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr细胞数量。结果：非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr细胞表达水平明显高于健康者（P〈0.05）,且与临床分期呈正相关。结论：非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr细胞数量的增多与非小细胞肺癌发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the correlation between CD4 CD25 Tr cell and non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Peripheral blood was assembled from 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 20 healthy persons.The flow cytometry was used to detect CD4 CD25 Tr cell.Results:The percent of CD4 CD25 Tr cell in peripheral blood of non-small cell lung cancer was higher than that of healthy persons.And it was positive correlated with the clinical stages.Conclusion:CD4 CD25 Tr cell increases in the peripheral blood of cell lung cancer. |
