强力餐具消毒片杀菌效果

<正> 餐具消毒是预防肠道传染病的有效措施之一。热力消毒能源消耗大,费时费力,很多饮食单位难以坚持,目前常用的一些餐具消毒剂又稳定性较差,贮存不便。为提供简便、快速、节能的餐具消毒方法,我们所研制了强力餐具消毒片。该药含二氯异氰尿酸钠与表面活性剂等成分,具有杀菌兼去污作用,每片含有效氯约250mg,稳定性好。本文就其杀菌效果试验报道如下。

THE BACTERICIDAL EFFECTIVENESS OF TABLEWARE DISINFECTANT "QIANG-LI" TABLET

The tableware disinfectant "Qigng-li" tablet consists of sodium dichloroisocyanurate and surfactant. In laberatory experiments, it could kill 100% of Escherichia coli when solutions containing 20 mg/L or 100 mg/L of available chlorine were applied for 2 min or 30 sec respectively. It killed 99.996% of the spores of Baeillus anthracoides with a solution containing 80 mg/L available chlorine after 5 min of action.In field trial, the E. coli on tableware were killed completely by a solution containing 54 mg/L of available chlorine after exposing for 1 min, and the total number of naturally contaminated bacteria decreased simultaneously by 99.8%. The tablet can be used for disinfection to prevent intestinal communicable diseases and hepatitis B.
