造血干细胞移植治疗系统性硬化病的进展

系统性硬化病(SSc)是一种累及多系统的疾病,属于自身免疫性疾病,病因和发病机制尚不清楚,迄今尚无有效的方法能够阻止SSc疾病进展、逆转皮肤及内脏器官纤维化。传统治疗采用免疫抑制剂,虽然在早期能够改善病情,但对于进展性弥漫性的SSc疗效较差。自体造血干细胞移植术治疗重症SSc患者,Ⅰ和Ⅱ期临床研究证明其能够有效改善皮肤硬化、增厚,且能够稳定内脏器官的功能,延缓疾病的进展,防止复发,疗效较稳定。

Progression in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Patients with Systemic Sclerosis

Systemic sclerosis（SSc）is a generalized autoimmune disease,of yet unknown origin.Up to now,no treatment has been proved to prevent disease progression,and reverse the fibrosis of skin and organs.In the earlier period of the disease,the traditional therapy which use immunosuppressant can improve patient s conditions,but it is not effective in rapidly progressive diffuse cutaneous SSc.Autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation has been used to treat SSc,and phase Ⅰ-Ⅱ studies have shown that it can result in sustained improvement of skinthickening and stabilisation of organ function, delay progression and prevent recidivation.
