| Abstract: | Applying the Lewin's change theory, according to "defrost period - change period--redefrost period",the authors reformed the contents, methods and evaluation standards in community nurse technical ability examination, Beijing. The results suggested that the reformation made the exam more scientific and reflected the nurses' profession level better. |
