| Abstract: | A case of an aneurysm of the left ventricle associated withrecurrent hemorrhagic pericardial effusion is described. A smallconduit connecting the left ventricle to the pericardial cavitywas identified by left ventri-culography. The mechanisms whichprevented sudden cardiac tamponade and death are discussed. |
