| 摘 要： | 报告了经CT与手术证实53例外伤性各型脑疝临床和CT表现,对各型脑疝的CT征象作了详细分析。本组采用CT检查诊断率占96%,治愈率为74%,死亡率降低为15%,致残率11%。CT对早期脑疝诊断依据是脑室受压变形,脑池消失,三脑室闭塞,中线结构移位>1.5cm者,尤以Sylvian裂及中间帆池模糊消失者为显著特征。

| Abstract: | Fifty-three cases of cerebrohernias confirmed by operation and CT scanwere reported. We analysed the clinical and CT manifestation. The diagnostic accuracyfor cerebroheruia with CT scan was 96%. The cure rate for these patients was 74%,mortality rate was 15% and the incidence of disability 11%. The earlier diagnosis oftraumatic cerebrohernia depends on familiarity with CT signs which include thecompression of ventricules, the disappearance of cisterna, the displacement of structuresin middle line, the disappearance and obscurity of sylvian and cavaun velum interpositum.Among these signs, the last one is the most important. |
