不同煎煮时间银翘散及银翘散加玄参对造模小鼠免疫调节功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察不同煎煮时间银翘散及银翘散加玄参对造模小鼠免疫调节的影响。方法将72只小鼠随机分为9组,即空白对照组、模型组、银翘散煮沸3min治疗组、银翘散煮沸6min治疗组、银翘散煮沸12min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸3min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸6min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸12min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸20min治疗组。除空白对照组外均腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备免疫抑制模型,各治疗组分别予相应中药灌胃,7d后测定游泳耐力时间、吞噬指数K、吞噬系数α、脾脏指数、胸腺指数。结果与模型组比较,银翘散煮沸3min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸3min治疗组、银翘散煮沸6min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸6min治疗组游泳耐力时间均延长(P0.05),吞噬指数K及吞噬系数α均高于其他治疗组(P0.05),4组间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),银翘散煮沸3min治疗组、银翘散加玄参煮沸3min治疗组脾脏、胸腺指数明显升高(P0.05),2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论银翘散煮沸3min免疫调节作用最强,加入玄参后无增强免疫调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Lonicerae and Forsythiae and Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder including kakuda figwort root under different decoction time on immunological regulation of model rats.Methods 72 male rats were randomly divided into 9 groups, i.e., normal control group,model group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 3 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 6 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 6 minutes group ,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 12 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 12 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 20 minutes group. There were 8 rats in every group. Except for normal control,rats were posed immunity suppression model by cyclophosphamide. After lavaging Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder to rats for 7 days, indexes of phagocytosis,swimming endurance and the weight indexes of immune organ of rats were determined. Results The swimming endurance ability of rats in Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 3 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 6 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 6 minutes group were raise remarkably in comparison with that in control group(P〈0.05). Phagocytic indexes K and phagocytic coefficient α in these four groups were higher than those in other treatment groups (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between four groups on phagocytic indexes K and phagocytic coefficient α(P〈0.05). Thymus and spleen index in Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 minutes group, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder added kakuda figwort root boiled after 3 minutes group was raised remarkably (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups on thymus and spleen index (P〈0.05). Conclusions Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder has the most powerful immunological regulation boiled after 6 minutes, Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder including kakuda figwort root has no improved effect.
