Abstract: | Hepatitis C virus (HCV) viremia is unusual (<5%) after successful treatment, defined as sustained virologic response (SVR) or undetectable HCV PCR 12 to 24 weeks after therapy. We present a case of late virologic relapse (de novo infection was excluded by RNA sequencing) after SVR followed by spontaneous viral clearance. |
