重视提高中国腹膜透析的临床和科研水平

腹膜透析以其简单便捷、安全有效、居家治疗,成为终末期肾脏疾病适宜的替代治疗方式之一。中国作为人口大国,近年来随着城乡基本医疗保险制度的普及和国家卫生政策的调控,腹膜透析患者持续增长,中国的腹膜透析事业正面临新的机遇和挑战,因此重视中国腹膜透析的临床技术改进和科学研究探索,势在必行。现就中国腹膜透析的现状及挑战;优化国人特点的个体化腹膜透析治疗方案,以循证医学促进治疗质量的提高;强化质量控制管理,努力构建腹膜透析治疗同质化;夯实腹膜透析研究基础,拓展腹膜透析相关自主知识产权产品领域等做一述评,以期为腹膜透析临床和基础研究提供新的思路,获得更大的社会经济效益。

Attention to improving clinical work and scientific research of peritoneal dialysis in China

Peritoneal dialysis (PD) can be a simple and convenient, safe and effective home treatment, and has become an alternative treatment for end-stage renal disease. China is the most populous country, and the number of PD patients continued to rise in recent years with both the popularity of urban and rural basic medical insurance system and the national health policy control. PD in China is facing new opportunities and challenges, and it is imperative to pay attention to clinical technological improvements and scientific research and exploration of PD in China. The present editorial aimed to introduce the situation and challenge of PD in China, optimize the individualized PD treatment regimen for Chinese patients in order to improve the quality of treatment by evidence-based medicine, strengthen the management of quality control, strive to build PD treatment homogeneity, consolidate PD research foundation, and expand the product area of PD-related independent intellectual property, so as to provide new thoughts for clinical and basic research on PD to get greater social and economic benefits.
