| 摘 要： | 目的观察对肺性心脏病急性加重期患者应用疏血通注射液后疗效。方法对收治的40例慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组20例给予常规治疗,治疗组20例在常规治疗的基础上加用疏血通注射液,两组疗程为14d,在治疗前后分别对患者进行血液流变学检测。结果治疗前肺心病患者血液流变学指标明显异常,疏血通注射液治疗后血液流变学指标显著降低,心肺功能有明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论疏血通注射液治疗肺心病急性加重期疗效确切,明显改善患者血液流变学,降低D-二聚体、全血高切粘度、低切粘度和高纤维蛋白原,改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Aim To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuxuetong injection on patients with pulmonary heart disease of acute and aggressive phase.Methods The 40 patients with pulmonary heart disease of acute and aggressive phase were divided into treatment group and control group,each consisted of 20 cases.The control group were given routine treatment,the treatment group was given Shuxuetong injection in addition to the routine treatment.Results The hemorheological indicators in treatment group were significantly decreased after use of Shuxuetong（P0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is effective on patients with pulmonary heart disease of acute and aggressive phase. |
