| 摘 要： | 目的观察背部循经推拿对心理性亚健康的临床疗效。方法将80例心理性亚健康患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用背部循经推拿调治,对照组则根据具体情况有针对性地开展心理行为指导和支持性心理治疗。观察两组的临床疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后主要症状量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项(HAMD-24)积分进行统计分析。结果观察组总有效率为92.30%,对照组为56.76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。两组治疗后主要症状量表积分及观察组治疗后HAMD-24积分均较本组治疗前明显改善(P0.01),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P0.01)。结论背部循经推拿可以有效改善心理性亚健康的主要症状。
