肝活检对慢性HBV携带者的临床意义

目的：探讨肝活检组织学对慢性HBV携带者的临床意义。方法：84例慢性HBV携带者接受快速经皮肝穿刺,所有患者HBsAg均为阳性,血清转氨酶正常,病程均〉6个月。结果：84例仅4例肝组织活检完全正常,其余均有不同程度的炎症或纤维化。结论：慢性HBV携带者肝活检可作为判断肝病活动性、纤维化程度及是否抗病毒治疗的主要依据。

Clinical significance for patients with chronic hepatitis B by liver biopsy

Objective： To debate the clinical significance of liver biopsy for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods： 84 chronic patients with hepatitis B acceptted percutaneous liver biopsy. All anti-HBV were postive,serum transaminase is normal. Pathogenesis were more than 6 months. Results： In 84 cases, only 4 liver biopsy tissues were normal,the others had different extent inflammation or fibrosis. Conclusion： For chronic hepatitis B patients,liver biopsy can be regard as primary evidence, by judging liver disease reactiveness,fibrosis level,wether or not take antiviral therapy.
