摘    要:目的 探讨HIFU消融治疗中B超伪像到探头、探头到目标组织以及治疗头到目标组织三者之间的距离关系. 方法 在不同位置固定治疗头到目标组织的距离,分别测量伪像到探头以及目标组织到探头之间的距离. 结果伪像到探头的距离和目标组织到探头的距离之间呈线性变化关系. 结论 本实验中伪像的形成主要由B超探头引起,与治疗头的位置基本无关.

Abstract:Objective To assess the distance relationships among the artifacts of type-B ultrasound and the probe, the probe and the target tissue, as well as the transducer and the target tissue. Methods The distance between the transducer and the target tissue in different locations was located, and the distance between the artifact and the probe, as well as the target tissue and the probe was measured respectively. Results The distance between the artifact and the probe changed linearly when the distance changed between the target tissue and the probe. Conclusion In this experiment, artifacts are mainly caused by ultrasound probe, not correlated much with the position of the transducer.
