| 摘 要： | 黑色素瘤抗原(MAGE)广泛表达于多种恶性肿瘤.该抗原经抗原提呈细胞加工后能被人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-Ⅰ类或HLA-Ⅱ分子提呈,引起针对MAGE表达阳性的肿瘤细胞的特异性免疫.近年来MAGE抗原已被广泛应用于肿瘤的诊断和免疫治疗.

| Abstract: | Melanoma antigen (MAGE)is expressed in malignant tumors widely. The antigen can be presented through HLA- Ⅰ and HLA- Ⅱ molecules after processed by antigen presenting cell, which in turn re-sults in tumor-specific immune response in MAGE positive cells. MAGE in recent years has been widely used in diagnosis and immunotherapy of tumors. |
