带旋髂深血管骨膜瓣移植治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死

目的探讨旋髂深血管蒂骨膜瓣移植治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效，寻求治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的一种有效、可靠的方法，方法采取改良的Smith—Petersen切口，清除股骨头骨骺坏死组织，采用带旋髂深血管蒂骨膜瓣移位植入股骨头骨骺内，结果15年来共施术45例(48髋)，经系统随访1年以上者36例(39髋)，平均6年6个月，优25髋、良10髋、可3髋、差1髋，优良率为90％：结论该方法治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死简单实用．儿童带血供的骨膜成骨作用明显，具有确切的疗效

Vascular pedicled iliac periosteal transfer for the treatment of femoral head ischemic necrosis in children (Perthes disease)

Objective To explore the effect for the treatment of Perthes disease with vascular pedicled lliac periosteal flap displacement to epiphysis in the femoral head, and seek an effective and trustworthy method for the treatment of Perthes disease. Methods Improved Smith-Petersen incisions,epihyseal necrosis constitutions were cleaned.The vascular pedicled lliac periosteal flap was transfered to epiphysis in the femoral head. Results Forty five patients (48 hips) were perfomed in fifteen years.The period of follow-up was above one year in 36 cases (39 hips) and average six years and six months,excellent 25,good 10,acceptable 3,bad 1,The good and excellent rate was 90 percent. Conclusion This operation were treated Perthes disease that was simple and utility with trustworthy effect.The vascular pedicled periosteal flap membranous bone notably in children.
