经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测卵泡发育不良不孕症子宫动脉及其分支血流

目的:应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声探测卵泡发育不良不孕症患者子宫动脉及其分支血流,探讨促卵泡发育治疗对子宫内膜血流的影响.材料和方法:设对照组30人,不孕症组46人,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测分别观测子宫动脉、弓状动脉、放射动脉及螺旋动脉血流,并测量血流动力学参数进行统计学分析.结果:两组间和不孕症组治疗前后子宫动脉、弓状动脉、放射动脉各血流参数无显著差异,而螺旋动脉阻力指数(RI)和收缩期舒张期血流速比值(S/D)两组间差异明显,不孕症组治疗后与正常对照组差异缩小.结论:子宫内膜局部的血流灌注较子宫动脉能更准确地反映人体激素水平和内膜接受程度,因此,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术检测不孕症妇女子宫内膜血流,可更好地把握促卵泡发育和促排卵治疗,提高治疗效果.

TVS - CD Study of the Uterine Artery and its Branches in the Follicular Hypoplasia Infertility

Purpose:To study the uterine and its branches in the follicular hypoplasia infertility with transvaqinal ultrasound color Doppler(TVS-CD)and evaluate the influence of the follicle-stimulating growth therapy on the endometriumal blood flow.Materials and Methods:The normal control group had30women while the infertility group had46patients.The two groups were respectively examined the uter-ine artery,the arch artery,the radiant artery and the spiral artery and then were made the statistical analysis to the hemodynamic parameters.Results:The two groups had no predominant distinction in the hemodynamic parameters of the uterine artery,the arch artery and the radiant artery,so were the infer-tility group before and after treatment.While the spiral artery had predominant difference between the RI and S/D.The difference between the infertility after treatment and the normal control re-duced.Conclusion:The focal blood flow impregnation of the endometrium can reflect the level of hor-mone and the extent of the endometrium acceptance than the uterine artery.So the examination of the endometriumal blood flow with TVS-CD will make the follicle-stimulating grow and discharge therapy better and improve the effect of the treatment.
