经阴道彩超对子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断价值

目的:总结子宫黏膜下肌瘤的的阴道彩超声像图特点,探讨阴道彩超对子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析16例经手术及病理证实的子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的声像图特点。结果:子宫黏膜下肌瘤表现为宫腔内的类圆形或舌形低回声团块,团块基底部内膜回声中断,团块可部分或全部突入宫腔;自子宫肌层探及线状血流信号穿入团块内,团块周边可有环状或半环状血流信号,动脉性血流频谱为中等阻力或低阻力。结论:阴道彩超能清晰显示宫腔内瘤体结构及肌瘤与子宫内膜的关系,对月经过多,经期延长的患者的鉴别诊断提供了重要的信息。

Transvaginal Ultrasonographic Features of submucous Myoma

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） used in diagnosing submucous myoma, the ultrasonographic features were analyzed. Methods Ultrasonographic features in 16 cases with submucous myoma confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Submucous myoma was characterized as roundish or tongue-shaped mass in uterine cavity, the endomewium in myoma base part was discontinue, Submucous myoma was completely or partly charged into the uterine cavity, Linear color flow signal was checked from intramural throuth the myoma and around it ,The Resistance index（RI） was middle or low. Conclusion TVS can discover submucous myoma in uterine cavity and the relationship between myoma and endomewium clearly.It is valuable in differentiating submucous myoma from other diseases to those women who had long menstrual period and menorrhagia.
